When choosing a window cleaner, we know you have questions. We have answers.
We will send you an automated text message to your mobile the night before a clean. Messages go out about 7pm the night before.
We do not use ladders at all. We use a pure water reach and wash system using a pole. This allows us to clean all of the window effectively and means the windows do not have to be cleaned as often because no sticky soap residue is left on the windows.
We use Gocardless Direct Debit. This takes about a minuet to set up. This is the process of payment
- We clean
- Afterwards we request payment
- The day after you will get an invoice via email
- It then takes about a week for monies to automatically transfer between accounts
Your payments are backed by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
Please not if we do not clean for any reason ie the van breaks down then no request will be put in and no charge will be made .
So it is not like a standing order which is taken on a set day of the month.
