Minimum Service Requirement and Cancellation Policy:
Customers opting for regular window cleaning services commit to a minimum of 6 scheduled cleans. In the event of cancellation of our service or the direct debit payment before completing the minimum 6 cleans, the full service amount is due.
This policy ensures a consistent and efficient service schedule, allowing us to maintain the quality and reliability of our window cleaning services. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this commitment.

First Cleans
In the event that there are some windows that we cant reach with our poles, we will still clean but reduce the the price accordingly. The minimum service requirement with still hold. Please note that on the first clean, if there are windows that we cant reach with our poles such as skylights on a second storey roof then we will still clean and reduce the price accordingly. The minimum number of 6 cleans will still apply.
Complaints
1. Please notify us of any concerns or complaints within 24 hours of a clean, this is necessary as windows are open to the elements.
2. Upon validating the complaint, we’ll schedule a complimentary re-cleaning of the affected windows.
3. We’re not responsible for issues beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions.
4. Your cooperation in granting access for re-cleaning and timely reporting is appreciated.
5. We commit to addressing and resolving valid complaints promptly to ensure your satisfaction.
Notification Texts
1. Customers will receive a no-reply text reminder the night before the scheduled window cleaning.
2. The text is for information only.
3. Cancellations or changes require a minimum 24-hour notice through appropriate channels, contact details as above.
4. Your cooperation ensures timely and efficient window cleaning.
Access
We kindly request customers to ensure that gates are accessible, and any potential obstacles, such as excessive pet waste, are addressed before our scheduled appointment.
In instances where our team is unable to access the designated areas due to locked gates or unattended pet waste, the full service fee will be charged. This charge compensates for the time, resources, and effort allocated for the scheduled service.
Conservatory Roofs
Cleaning of conservatory roofs is not included in the window cleaning quote
Regularity of Service
We aim to provide our cleaning service on a regular basis, typically scheduled every 4 or 8 weeks depending on your chosen plan. However, please note that while we strive to maintain this schedule consistently, it may be subject to variations due to factors such as staff holidays, bank holidays, and unforeseen circumstances. Please understand that these occasional deviations do not constitute grounds for cancellation or termination of service. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility in this matter.

Our terms and conditions do no affect your statutory rights.
By enrolling in our direct debit payment system, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. The act of signing up for direct debit serves as an explicit indication of your understanding and acceptance of the obligations and responsibilities set forth in this document.
